Like "Mr. Chen" or "Miss/Ms. Wang" in English, how to call people politely or formally? Add 小姐xiǎo jiě for Miss，先生  xiān shēng for Mr. after the person's last name. For example,  wáng xiān shēng(Mr. Wang) ，chén xiǎo jiě(Ms. Chen) Also pleased be noted that we can pronouce the neutral tone for sheng生，in先生 xiān shēng(Mr.) 

Want to tell the last name only? S+xìng +(the last name)，for example, 他姓王tā xìng wáng ，His last name is Wang. What about the full name? S+叫jiào/是shì+(full name)。For example, 他叫郎朗tā jiào láng lǎng. He is  láng lǎng.
