For numbers bigger than 9, in Chinese we use "十"(read as "shí") to represent ten. For example, number AB is read as A shí B。 More examples can be found in the PPT clip.

For numbers bigger than 99, in Chinese we have "百"(read as "bǎi ") for hundred. For example, number CDE is read as C bǎi D shí  E。 More examples are shown in the PPT clip.

Please pay attention to number 0. When number 0 is the last digit of a number that means this number is bigger than 10, number 0 as the last digit will not be pronounced. For example, 80 will be read as "bā shí"。

Also, there's something special with number 2. In 294, it's read as "liǎng bǎi jiǔ shí sì", not " èr bǎi jiǔ shí sì". Why? Is there any rule for how to read number 2? We will talk about it later.
